Mark Williams 4340 forged steel Superlight 35 spline Hi-Torque Axles are Forged, Machined, and Made in the USA. MW Superlight axles have pocket lightened flanges for additional weight savings and an 7/8" gun drill through the entire length of the shaft. MW precision hones the bore to remove any possible stress risers. Hi-Torque axles are thru hardened with a unique austemper heat treat process for unparalleled strength, durability, and longevity.

Superlight Hi-Torque axles offer a weight savings of 6.88 pounds per pair of 35 spline, 24" long standard Hi-Torque axles or the equivalent of 19% weight savings!

MW Hi-Torque high strength axles are the perfect balance of strength and price. All MW axles are designed to have increased torsional and bending capacity. This is accomplished by offering the largest axle bearing diameter possible for your particular housing end and incorporating a tapered machining from the bearing journal to the spline.
